Terms of Service

  • I only accept PayPal and all of my prices are listed in USD.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to order commissions.

Commissioning
Once your request has been sent through the Google form, (link will be in the "Apply Now!" tab) I will reach out to you depending on your contact preferences when you fill out the commission form. I will proceed to ask what you are wanting drawn and I will decide afterwards.
If I accept your request, then I will send you a quote that includes additional extras that you have requested. Only after the price has been agreed upon will I send an invoice.
I reserve the right to decline any commission due to character design, being involved with questionable groups/content, and the state of my personal life.
Lastly please don't use other people's characters without explicit permission from the owner themselves.References
You must provide references for your character and any other additional details, which includes specific poses, background, and any other items.
I would prefer it be only images instead of writing, exception when you're explaining the scene you want me to create.

Payment is required in full before work commences, unless stated otherwise. I only accept PayPal and once pricing is quoted and accepted, I'll send you an invoice. I don't get started immediately upon payment due to possible commissioners before your request and as well as college work. You can track your commission's progress on my waitlist via Trello and just generally use it to see how many commissions I have to work on before you apply.Refund Policy
If you have purchased a sketch, I will only allow a refund before I get started on the commission.
If you purchased anything else, I'll only allow a refund into the sketch phase, otherwise once you accept the sketch, you are locked in and will receive no refund with the only exception dependent on a case-by-case basis. (Ex: waiting for 2-3 Months)
Completed artwork is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.Usage and Permissions
I retain full rights to the image and its original files and will be posting it to my own social media unless you request otherwise. Once your commission has been completed, you will be given a link to download your image(s) from a personalized Google Drive folder for you only. You can use the image however you like, but the artwork is not to be used for commercial profit in any form unless explicitly stated otherwise. And yes, that includes NFTs.
